Benefits

Retirement Plan We will pay 5,000 yen to 10,000 yen for accumulation. Reserved fund will be returned when retiring.
Corporate Pension Plan (DC) Similar to retirement plan, DC will also accumulate 2,500 yen to 27,000 yen and return the reserved fund after retiring. You can receive the fund as long term retirement plan format.

Medical Insurance Plan You will be able to use medical insurance plan from Aflac (EVER). The expenses will be covered by adglobe.

5,000 yen per day.
(60 days maximum)
Surgical benefits:
25,000 yen to 200,000 yen per surgery. (Fees depends on the surgery)
Advanced medical benefits:
20 million yen max per medical care.
Property Accumulation Savings Plan Property Accumulation Savings Plan will be deducted monthly from your salary.

Housing Allowance We offer housing allowance monthly from 10,000 yen to 35,000 yen according to the requirement listed below.

Partner Sports Club Plan We encourage purchasing monthly fee for using our sports club alliance (KONAMI sports, CENTRAL SPORTS, Health care). 5,000 yen (approximate of using the sports club 6 times) will be offered per month.
Continuing annual leave from previous job plan We offer certain annual leave for the mid-career employer who is about to join adglobe.
Example:We will offer you 18 days of annual leave for your fist year at adglobe if your working experience in the certain industry is over 6 years.
*We will offer 10 days of annual leave for employee who have graduated from university recently. Additional leave will be offered depending on the employee's length of employment at adglobe.
Long service commendation plan Employee will receive additional annual leave for 5 days,
and 50,000 yen bonus per 5 years employment at adglobe.
Book Purchase Assistance Plan We support purchasing books related to your skills or assigned work.
Qualification Acquisition Assistance Plan We support purchasing qualified examination fee related to your skills or assigned work.
